Condar gladly accepts returns for items within 30 days of purchase. Please be guided by the following:
(1) If you've changed your mind or just don't like an item, return shipping charges are your responsibility. You will be refunded the cost of the item, original shipping is also your responsibility.
(2) If Condar has shipped an incorrect or defective product, we will gladly pick up the cost of return shipping and give you a full refund including original shipping costs.
(3) If you have ordered an incorrect item, give us a call at 828-436-2102, extension 2460 (8am-5pm Eastern Time). We will give you return instructions and help you order the correct item.
(4) To help us do a better job in the future, indicate the return reason and an explanation.
(1) Call us to request a return and we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA). DO NOT return an item without this number.
(2) Once we receive and inspect the item, we will credit you.
(3) Condar reserves the right not to issue a refund or issue only a partial refund if the returned item has been damaged or used and cannot be resold.
All products are shipped via FedEx ground from our US factory in North Carolina. We ship all Canadian orders every Thursday.

If you need to cancel your order contact us BEFORE the Thursday following when you placed your order. If you contact us on or after the following Thursday your order likely cannot be cancelled.
